Pepperoncini Pork Roast is about to become your favorite crock pot meal, with savory pork, jarred pepperoncini and lots of herbs!

– pork (shoulder, butt, loin) – olive oil – jar pepperoncini, with liquid – chicken stock (if using the Instant Pot method, you will want a little extra liquid) – salt – pepper – dried oregano – dried basil – dried thyme – garlic powder – onion powder

COOK TIME: 6 hours

Step 1

Start by browning your meat for extra flavor.

Add in the spices and herbs!

Add to Crock Pot (Or Instant Pot). Pour jar of Pepperoncini over the top.

Crockpot, 6-8 hours on low, or 4-5 on high. Instant Pot High Pressure for 12 minutes.

Shred meat with two forks and serve.
