Red Cabbage Saurekraut
Only two ingredients: red cabbage and salt!
Add 1 tbsp. salt to 1 head of finely shredded cabbage and massage for ten minutes.
After ten minutes, it will release liquid and look like this!
Place in a sterilized jar and leave at room temperature for 3-14 days to ferment.
