Homemade Noodle Cups
Mason Jar Healthy Noodle Cups
The perfect lunch on the go! These jars can be prepped ahead of time and will stay fresh for a few days, just make sure to keep them in the fridge until you're ready to use!
PREP TIME: 5 MIN
– Chicken bouillon – water – soy sauce – sriracha – vermicelli rice noodles – button mushrooms – Green Onions – Cilantro – carrots – jalapeno – handful of fresh spinach
COOK TIME: 5 MIN
Place sauce ingredients at the bottom of the jar (bouillon, soy sauce, sriracha)
Add toppings and noodles and refrigerate until you're ready to use.
Add hot water and let sit for 5 minutes-- then enjoy!
