Season and Thyme
Healthy protein pumpkin muffins are the perfect snack or breakfast to get your pumpkin spice fix in a protein-packed, no refined sugar muffin.
– all-purpose flour – old fashioned rolled oats – hemp seeds – greek yogurt – eggs – canned pumpkin puree – vanilla – baking powder – baking soda – honey – salt – cinnamon – nutmeg
Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients-- yogurt, eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and honey. Stir to combine.
Add dry to wet ingredients and stir together.
Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
