Fresh Pasta Recipe

This tried and true Kitchenaid Pasta Recipe uses simple ingredients to create a silky smooth fresh pasta dough.

Shape the dough by hand or using the Kitchenaid pasta maker attachment and enjoy delicious homemade pasta at home.

– 2 cups flour, plus more for sprinkling – 3 eggs – 1 tbsp. olive oil – water as needed

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Into the bowl of your stand mixer, add flour. Create a dip in the flour and crack in your three eggs and add oil. Use dough hook to knead for 8-10 minutes.

Add water a little at time if it is too crumbly. Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Cut into 4 even pieces and flour well. Feed through the Kitchenaid pasta maker attachment to make sheets.

Cut by hand or use additional attachments to form desired pasta shape.

Cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
