Easy Venison Meatloaf

A classic, moist venison meatloaf recipe using ground deer meat and ground pork, along with lots of seasonings to make this a top notch comfort food dish.

PREP TIME: 10 MIN

– 1 lb ground venison – ½ lb ground pork – ½ cup breadcrumbs – ½ cup milk – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 small onion, diced – 4 cloves garlic, minced – ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce – 3 tablespoon ketchup – 2 tablespoon white vinegar – 2 eggs – 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

COOK TIME: 55 MIN

Step 1

In a bowl soak breadcrumbs and milk for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Add mustard, vinegar, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce to breadcrumb mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4

Add in ground venison, ground pork, 2 eggs, and sauteed onions and garlic. Work mixture together and form into a loaf or add to loaf pan.

Place in an oven preheated to 375 degrees and bake for 55 minutes.
