– 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs – 1 small onion, thinly sliced – 1 ½ tsp. dried dill – 1 ½ tsp. dried oregano – 1 ½ tsp. dried basil – 4 garlic cloves, minced – 2 tbsp. olive oil – 1 lemon, juiced – 1 tsp. salt – 1 tsp. black pepper
COOK TIME: 3 hours
INGREDIENTS
Place chicken and onions in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine seasonings, lemon juice, and oil.
Pour mixture over top of chicken and onions.
Cook chicken thighs for 3-4 hours on high heat or 5-6 hours on low heat.
Shred chicken and serve with your favorite greek toppings.
