Chicken Thighs in the Crock Pot could not be easier! Add in delicious flavors like cream, tender baby spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes for a delicious dinner!

– butter – garlic – chicken stock – heavy cream – Parmesan cheese – salt – Italian seasoning – boneless skinless chicken thighs – sun dried tomatoes – baby spinach
COOK TIME: 6 hours
INGREDIENTS
Make cream sauce on the stove top with melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, chicken stock, and parmesan cheese.
Place chicken thighs at the bottom of a slow cooker.Top with cream sauce, seasonings, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 5-6 hours.
After the cooking time is up, add in spinach and allow to wilt. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes!
