Cold Veggie Pizza Appetizer

Buttery and pillowy soft crescent roll dough is topped with a cream cheese ranch sauce, veggies, and cheese for a delicious cold veggie pizza appetizer!

– 2 refrigerator crescent rolls – 1 8 oz. package cream cheese – ½ cup Greek yogurt – 1 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning – 1 cup finely diced carrot – 1 cup finely diced broccoli – 2 cups shredded monterey Jack cheese – 6 green onions, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

On a 9x13 pan, lay out crescent roll dough and press to seal the edges to make one large crust.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.

combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.

Allow cooked dough to cool slightly and then spread cream cheese mixture across the top.

Top with carrots, broccoli, cheese, and then thinly sliced green onions. Serve cold!
