Classic Banana Bread

Banana Bread Done Right

This classic banana bread is moist and not overly sweet! There are adjustments to have less sugar and for add-ins.

– 1 stick butter – 1 cup sugar  – 2 cups flour – 2 large eggs – ¼ cup milk – 3 ripe bananas, – ¼ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Start the oven

Cream melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

Prepare the wet ingredients

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold ingredients together. Do not over mix.

Fold in dry

Pour batter into pan and bake until bread is brown. Will take approx. an hour.
