Chicken Parmesan is a classic recipe, but have you ever made it with Rao's marinara sauce? This recipe has herb marinated chicken breasts, fresh mozzarella, and of course the best jarred red sauce out there!
PREP TIME: 30 MIN
– 1 jar Rao's marinara sauce – 2 large chicken breasts – 2 eggs – 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dry) – 2 garlic cloves, minced – 2 tablespoon water – salt and pepper, to taste – 1 cup italian breadcrumbs – ¼ cup parmesan cheese – ½ cup olive oil – 8 oz. fresh mozzarella
COOK TIME: 30 MIN
Coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
Fry up chicken until golden brown
Top with Rao's Marinara and Fresh Mozzarella
Bake at 425 degrees F until bubbly.
