Butter Rice Recipe

Rich butter rice that is bursting with freshness from lemon and aromatics.

PREP TIME: 5 MIN

– 4 tbsp. butter – 1 small onion, diced finely – 1 ½ cups rice – 3 cups chicken stock – zest of one a lemon – 1 tsp. dried oregano – ½ tsp. salt – ½ tsp. black pepper

COOK TIME: 20 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Saute garlic and onions in butter.

Toast rice in the butter.

Add broth and bring up to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until rice is tender, 10-15 minutes.

Add remaining seasonings and fluff with a fork.
