– ¾ of a pound dry pasta – ¼ a cup apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 teaspoon pepper – 2 teaspoons salt – 1 cup shredded cheese – 1 cup Greek yogurt – 2 cups broccoli, bite sized pieces – ½ red onion, diced
