Healthy Burger Bowls with homemade big mac sauce are a delicious low carb take on a classic burger with all the fixings.

– 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped – ½ lb. ground beef – ½ tsp. onion powder – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ¼ cup pickles – ½ cup tomatoes chopped – ¼ small red onion thinly sliced – ¼ cup shredded cheese Big Mac Sauce – ¼ cup mayo – 1 tsp. mustard – 1 tbsp. relish sweet or dill – 1 tbsp. grated onion – ½ tsp. paprika – ½ tsp. onion powder – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ½ tbsp. white vinegar
INGREDIENTS
Combine ingredients for big mac sauce and set to the side.
Brown and season ground beef until cooked through.
Assemble Big Mac burger bowls and top with delicious sauce.
